The flavor varies depending on what ending you get, who you name as Speaker, and what followers you bring to the Sanctuary. Added an option to ask the Matron for new torture victims. All these quests have multiple endings depending on what choices you make. Patches activate automatically if you have them install, there are no actions needed from the player.
